Tiffany attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.  She then attended Widener School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 1998.  Tiffany was admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars in 1999.  Tiffany initially worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in Camden, New Jersey.  She then practiced as an associate in a small law office in West Chester, Pennsylvania where she handled criminal, civil, and family law cases.  Tiffany then worked in Delaware County as a supervising attorney at a nonprofit organization serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  She has now been practicing in the area of family law, criminal law and civil law for over ten years. 

Tiffany is a member of the Lycoming County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
