Tiffani's practice includes family law, estate planning, real estate and civil litigation.  She has represented clients in several counties, including Clinton, Northumberland, Union, Tioga, Columbia, Sullivan, and others.  She has also occasionally appeared in New York courts by special permission.

            Tiffani is a Florida native, although her parents grew up in Williamsport.  Prior to moving to this area, she lived and worked in several other states, including Indiana and Texas.  She worked her way through college at Trinity University in San Antonio, where she majored in business administration and was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity.  She also earned her law degree in San Antonio, at St. Mary's University School of Law, and she completed an internship in the district attorney's felony DUI section.  Although initially interested in a career in law enforcement, and even having interviewed with the FBI, upon graduation she opted to enter private practice instead.

            Tiffani is responsible for all of the firm's family law matters, including adoptions, custody, divorce, support, prenuptial agreements, name changes, and more.  Tiffani's practice includes other areas as well.  She can assist you with wills and additional estate documents, buying a home, or other civil matters such as suing a neighbor who wrongly cuts down a tree in your yard or getting a judgment against someone who owes you money.

            Tiffani and her husband, Bill Molino, live in the Montoursville area and are fair-weather Harley-Davidson riders.  She is an active member of the Williamsport Rotary Club, and she is an Elder on Session at Northway Presbyterian Church.  Tiffani is also a member of the Lycoming County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
